Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear, and other intimate wear products are generally not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

However, exchanges may be considered in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product received
  • Damaged product upon delivery
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong size delivered by our team

Exchange Request Timeline

Any exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for exchange.

Conditions For Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, products must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Remain unwashed and undamaged
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Be returned in the same condition as received

Secret Libas reserves the right to reject exchange requests if these conditions are not met.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been received
  • An exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability
  • A verified issue qualifies for a refund under our policy

Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original payment method or an agreed alternative method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Used or worn products
  • Washed items
  • Products without original tags
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Sale or discounted products (unless damaged or defective)

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

In cases where the error was caused by Secret Libas, return or exchange shipping costs may be covered by us.
